Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Local Pickup: Free pickup at Richmond Hill (Bayview & 16th). Orders must be collected within 14 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification.

Shipping Damage: Acrylic is fragile. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us with photos of the package and panels within 48 hours. 

International (USA): Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
