BrickBox Returns & Damages Policy

  1. Final Sale: All items are Final Sale; we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  2. 48-Hour Inspection: Please inspect all acrylic panels within 48 hours of delivery. 
  3.  Mandatory Evidence: To initiate a resolution for shipping damage, you must provide clear photos of both the damaged items and the original shipping box (with label visible) for insurance purposes.
  4.  Resolution: Our shipments are fully insured, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to provide a fair resolution via the carrier’s insurance.
